Meet Sherise Cromwell – an accessories and clothing designer/ social media savant/ general triple threat/ one of our biggest girl crushes of all time. You may know her better as Reese, or you may know her through her brand Think Reese (a line that spans swimwear, eyewear, clothing, and jewelry), but either way, if you know her you probably love her – and if you don’t know her…well, now you do!
While being an entrepreneur was always in the cards for this Toronto native, Reese’s decision to pursue design was an organic process. A keen eye for design led to sketching her own dresses on paper at 16, and then to turning heads and dropping jaws when she stepped out in her first-ever creation at the age of 18. Fast forward 7 years, and now you’ve got a confident, bourgeoning designer with a brand that has been brought to life by aligning her design integrity with her own tastes. While it may sound corny, the idea of “staying true to yourself” is clearer than ever – and by maintaining versatility and style, Reese proves that holding your tastes as the standard for production and design is imperative.
