Established in 2014 in support of creative artist seeking new opportunities to express and share their works. EL ARTEffect is based on creating a creative platform where like-minded individuals from different backgrounds can congregate, buy and express their love for the arts. It’s a learning platform, which focuses on positive social economic change by showcase creative works from different walks of life to acquire and to simply revel in.
